Great to meet you!

I have always felt drawn to the helping professions and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2012. I have worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, schools and now in private practice. I have always been amazed at the resilience and insight we all have into our lives, especially with a little guidance.

My approach to therapy

I typically work with women struggling with anxiety, people-pleasing, depression, trauma, perinatal, postpartum, and parenting stressors. I enjoy working with motivated clients who are hoping to look inward to determine ways their patterns are impacting their lives. I lean into different modalities depending on your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Trauma-Focused therapy, and Attachment-Based treatment.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background, what brings you to therapy, and your goals for treatment. Many clients find themselves nervous for their first session but typically find themselves calmed by my down-to-earth approach.
