Great to meet you!
I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, and I am truly passionate about helping people feel whole, supported, and truly seen. I believe deeply that physical health and mental health are connected—you simply can’t have one without the other. My goal is always to care for the whole person.
My journey began in Emergency Medicine, where I spent the first 16 years of my career. I was drawn in not by the fast pace, but by the profound opportunity to meet someone on one of the hardest days of their life and make a tangible difference. Later, I was called to Palliative Care, where I truly emphasized the importance of treating every aspect of a person’s well-being—psychological, spiritual, social, and physical. Those formative experiences completely shaped the way I practice medicine today.
I have special interests in supporting neurodivergent individuals, Veterans, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I bring energy and empathy into each visit, meeting you exactly where you are and partnering with you on your journey to wellness.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy reading, finding peace at the beach, and devoting time to Blair in Kenya, a project close to my heart where I help support a medical clinic for a rural elementary school community.
At the end of the day, my passion is simple: helping people live their best lives.
