Great to meet you!

I’m Katie Salami, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with clients ages 12 and older who face a range of mental health challenges, including severe mental illness, cognition deficits, psychosis, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

My approach to therapy

I provide an inclusive, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space that welcomes people of all genders, sexual orientations, and religious backgrounds. I support individuals navigating identity struggles, new parenthood, and partner relationships, creating a safe environment for healing and self-exploration.

What you can expect from me

If you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to turn, know that you're not alone and I’m here to help. I offer a judgment-free space where you can share your story and be truly heard. I invite you to take the first step and reach out or select a time for a free consult—together, we can begin the path toward healing and hope.
