Great to meet you!

For the last 8 years, I've had the privilege of helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, family challenges, and the moments in life that leave you feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself. I also support concerns including grief, OCD, panic, ADHD, and identity. My work is grounded in the belief that healing involves the whole person—mind and body. I bring warmth, curiosity, compassion, and humor into therapy while helping you recognize your strengths and create meaningful change. As Brene Brown says, "You can choose courage, or you can choose comfort. You can't have both".

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and genuine connection. I draw from EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Shame Resiliency, trauma-focused approaches, and mind-body work to tailor therapy to you. I’m interested in getting to know the human behind the symptoms—not simply focusing on what feels “wrong.” Together, we’ll explore patterns, build on your strengths, and help you feel more connected to yourself and the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will feel like an open, genuine conversation. I’ll ask questions to better understand what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope will change. You can expect curiosity, compassion, and probably some humor along the way. I love to laugh and fully believe in the healing power of a belly laugh. We’ll begin identifying what matters most to you and create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and uniquely yours.
