Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English-Spanish) counselor with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults navigating challenges related to relationships, trauma, life transitions, substance use, anxiety, and depression. I provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences with openness, curiosity, and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach, understanding that healing happens on multiple levels—emotional, physical, relational, vocational, and spiritual. Together, we’ll focus on self-discovery, emotional regulation, and building resilience, helping you navigate challenges with clarity and confidence. We will explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change. Therapy will empower you to cultivate self-acceptance, tolerance for uncertainty, and a deeper connection to yourself and others, allowing you to move forward in alignment with your values.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on creating a supportive and trusting space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We’ll explore your concerns, history, and what led you to therapy, while also focusing on your strengths, values, and goals. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and make sure therapy feels like the right fit. Together, we’ll lay the foundation for meaningful growth and create a path forward that aligns with your needs.
