Hello, my name is Kate and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have experience working with adolescents, preteens, teens, and adults with a variety of diagnoses. I utilize various techniques such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Play Therapy to help clients meet their goals. I have been working in the field since 2020 in various settings including residential treatment, private schools, and private practice.

My therapeutic approach focuses on developing positive coping skills through personal exploration. I create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring the root of what is prohibiting a fulfilled life. Collaboration between the therapist and the client promotes self-exploration, realization, and growth, easing emotional discomfort.

I provide individualized client-centered treatment. I take a collaborative approach with the client to create treatment goals and objectives based on the client’s needs.
