Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by trauma or experiences that feel “too big” to carry alone? Are you exhausted from trying to keep it all together? Maybe you’ve learned to function well on the outside while struggling internally. You don’t have to keep holding it all by yourself. I work with individuals navigating complex trauma, childhood wounds, suicidal ideation, identity exploration, and relationship patterns. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and LGBTQ+ affirming. You deserve a space where all parts of you are welcome.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma therapy and am trained in EMDR, helping clients process painful memories so they no longer feel stuck in survival mode. I have extensive experience in suicide prevention and crisis support. I am not afraid of the dark places despair can take us. I believe therapeutic relationships are built on honesty, openness, and willingness.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready to move beyond simply coping and begin healing, I invite you to reach out for a brief consultation. Starting therapy takes courage. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
