Hello, and welcome to my practice! I have served children, adolescents, young adults and their families for over ten years in the Greater New Orleans area. As a therapist I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to build on their unique strengths and interests, while also allowing them the opportunity to take the lead toward their own growth and healing.
While talk therapy is always an option, clients may also work through challenging feelings and situations with me through other means, such as sand tray, art and bibliotherapy. My expertise also includes specialized parenting help and support to navigate the challenges of parenting, particularly during difficult times.
Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard and supported, and over time, have a better understanding of their thoughts and feelings, as well as to have the skills and confidence to manage them during everyday life.
