Great to meet you!

Together, we will explore your life experiences, childhood, relationships, attachment patterns, identity, values, and parenting beliefs to better understand how they influence your current challenges and strengths. I work best with children, teens, women, parents, and families navigating life's transitions.

I have personal and professional experience with family conflict, divorce, parenting challenges, teen parenting, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and the complexities of balancing family, work, and everyday life. I understand the desire for peace, joy, and healthy relationships when they can feel just out of reach.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can occur.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in connection and understanding. I primarily draw from person-centered therapy, along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and incorporate play-based techniques when working with children.

That means I’m not here to “fix” you or tell you what to do. Instead, we’ll work together to better understand your thoughts, patterns, and experiences, while building practical tools to help you move forward in a way that aligns with who you are and what matters to you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping for moving forward.

There’s no pressure to share everything at once. You can go at your own pace. My role is to guide the conversation, ask thoughtful questions, and help you feel comfortable in the process.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of how therapy with me works and what next steps could look like.
