I began my work over 10 years ago working with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked in Residential, Partial, and Intensive Outpatient levels of care for Substance use and Mental Health over the past 7 years. I really enjoy learning about family dynamics to help navigate a path forward.

I typically use Structural Family Therapy with some tools from Bowen Therapy.

Client can expect to have an understanding of feelings and the source of them.
