Great to meet you!

I help driven individuals build the skills to achieve lasting healing from disordered eating & anxiety and ultimately transform their relationships with themselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach involves depth, exploration, and committed action. Meaning we don’t just talk about what’s troubling you—we work solutions too. My style is highly engaged and interactive. I want you to walk away from each session with a valuable insight, mindset shift, or something to try.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach to healing disordered eating and body image is grounded in the Health at Every Size® philosophy. This approach transforms the way we view food and body separate from the toxic influences of diet culture. We go deep to understand, explore, and nurture the parts of you that are stuck. Then we transform that understanding into actions that help you move forward.
