Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm so glad you're here. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but it's also a courageous step toward healing and wholeness.

I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 12 years of therapy experience. I focus on supporting women over 25 yrs old who are navigating anxiety, relationship issues, and people-pleasing. It's an honor to walk alongside women in this process and to witness the growth, healing, and confidence that emerge as they rediscover themselves and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and holistic. I believe real healing happens when you feel safe, understood, and connected.

Together, we'll use a mix of practical coping tools for everyday stress and gentle body-based (somatic) exercises to help calm the anxiety you feel physically. This way, you'll not only learn how to manage anxious thoughts but also, feel more grounded and connected in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, I will get to know you, your background, what you're going through and what you want out of therapy; we will work together on your goals and hopes. My goal is to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more authentically connected to both yourself and your loved ones.
