Great to meet you!

My name is Katie Greenspan, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and specialize in working with individuals, and couples. I have special interest and expertise in the following areas: chronic stress, life transitions, conflict in difficult relationships, navigating work stress, low self-esteem, addiction, addictive relationships, and anxiety/depression.

My approach to therapy

I believe that mental health and lasting change require a holistic approach including emotional, physical, psychological, and social well-being. My background as a certified yoga instructor allows me to incorporate techniques that increase awareness in relationships and highlight negative thought and behavior patterns. I have a warm, yet direct style of communication.

What you can expect from me

During our initial sessions, I work together with you to identify where you feel stuck. From there, I develop a goal-directed treatment plan and help facilitate a safe environment where you can discover what is holding you back from living a balanced life and work to create long-term positive change.
