Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Katie! For the past three years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, substance use, and the pressures of everyday life. I specialize in supporting women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and begin building a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when you feel accepted, understood, and empowered. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches, I'll help you better understand your thoughts, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together we'll move at your pace while working toward the goals that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation. We'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope life can look like moving forward. Together we'll identify your strengths, create realistic goals, and build a plan that helps you feel supported from day one.
