Great to meet you!

Congratulations on taking the first steps toward a happier and healthier life! It can be difficult to reach out and ask for support and I am here to help you see this as a sign of strength, not weakness. If you are feeling stuck in the past, overwhelmed with life, or working toward ridding yourself of an unhealthy habit I am here to help.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, addiction, ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions as well as sex and intimacy counseling. I have experience working with both military and civilian clients. I use both my training and personal experiences through relational therapy to help show you are not alone and there is a way to begin feeling like you again!

What you can expect from me

I see my relationship with my clients as fluid based on what your individual needs are. Whether you have specific goals or just a desire for personal exploration this is a welcome and adaptable space. Our first session will review our Informed Consent and begin identifying your therapeutic goals. We will work to build a treatment plan together to ensure we are making the progress you are looking for! This plan provides a guideline for our sessions but is flexible based on any changing needs.
