Great to meet you!

Living with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or the challenges of a chronic health condition can leave you feeling exhausted and alone. I work with adults navigating women’s issues, disability, family stress, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and major life changes. I believe therapy can be a powerful place for meaningful change—and I consider it an honor to support you along the way. My style is warm, genuine, and down-to-earth, creating space for you to feel understood, explore what’s weighing on you, and move forward at a pace that feels right.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, flexible, and shaped around what works for you. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, build on your strengths, and practice realistic ways to cope with stress, improve relationships, and reconnect with what brings meaning. I’ll bring curiosity and encouragement while helping you create changes that feel manageable and lasting.

What you can expect from me

Opening up takes courage, and our first session is simply a chance to get comfortable and talk about what you need. I’ll listen without judgment, answer your questions, and help you identify goals that feel meaningful. In the office, you may also meet Max, my yellow Lab service dog. If you’re ready to begin, visit my profile or website to book a session.
