Great to meet you!

With over a decade of clinical experience, I join clients on their journeys to provide relief from trauma, anxiety, and depression symptoms so they can live more fulfilling lives. I use a compassionate, gentle, and respectful approach to integrate evidence-based techniques and the belief that all people have inherent strengths that can help guide them to their goals.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
