Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist who provides a safe, supportive space for healing. I earned my BSW from the University of Indianapolis and my MSW from IUPUI, grounding me in trauma-informed and empowerment-based care. For four years, I’ve supported survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, helping them rebuild safety, identity, and hope.

My approach to therapy

I take an empathetic, strengths-based approach, meeting clients where they are while helping them explore new ways of coping, healing, and connecting with themselves. I understand that each person’s experience is unique, and I work collaboratively to tailor treatment to individual needs and goals. My hope is to offer not just professional support, but also a genuine human connection that fosters resilience and restoration.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to create a space where you feel safe and heard. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and explore your goals and concerns. I’ll ask questions to understand your background, but you choose what to share. Together, we’ll begin shaping a plan that fits your needs and strengths, so you leave feeling supported and not alone in your healing.
