Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Katie and I'm so glad that you're here! I have been a therapist with a primary focus on general mental health for the past seven years. During this time, I have developed a niche for working with children, adolescents, and young adults helping them navigate the complexities of their social, emotional and mental health needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and integrative, drawing on dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), social emotional skills training, and mindfulness-based techniques.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to be heard, supported, validated, while also challenged to dig deep and do the work to reach your goals. My values of empathy, trauma-informed care, trust, presence, unconditional positive regard, humor, and collaboration are the core of my daily practice as a therapist. I will always be authentic, interactive, and on your team with the main goal of helping you thrive and feel your best.
