Great to meet you!
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from our very first session. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to help clients build practical skills, confidence, and resilience.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Columbia University and my Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Johnson & Wales University. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I have experience working in schools, family-based services, and intensive outpatient care.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing OCD, anxiety disorders, panic, social anxiety, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive-Based Therapy (CBT), and tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I'm committed to helping you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful, lasting change.
