Great to meet you!

I’m Katesha, Founder & Principal Advisor of The Broadus Network, LLC. While this platform connects clients with me for therapy services, my work extends beyond traditional talk therapy. My background in clinical social work, systems thinking, and leadership development allows me to help adults and couples understand the deeper patterns shaping their lives, relationships, and decisions.

I approach this work as both a clinician and a strategic guide. Together we examine the emotional, relational, and behavioral dynamics influencing your current situation and develop intentional strategies for creating healthier outcomes.

I primarily work with individuals between the ages of 20–50 and couples who are ready to integrate insight with action. My approach emphasizes self-awareness, personal responsibility, and radical accountability — not as judgment, but as a pathway to reclaiming agency, breaking repetitive cycles, and creating more stable, intentional lives and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is interactive, reflective, and strategically focused. I work with clients to understand the deeper patterns shaping their thoughts, decisions, relationships, and emotional responses. Rather than staying stuck in problem-focused conversations, our work centers on developing insight, identifying root causes, and creating intentional strategies for meaningful change.

I view therapy as a collaborative process where reflection and practical action work together. Sessions are designed to help you strengthen self-awareness, make more aligned decisions, and build the tools needed to create stability, clarity, and long-term growth in your life.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready to stop repeating old cycles and start creating intentional change, our work together will focus on building insight, clarity, and strategic direction. I hold space for reflection while also guiding clients toward practical solutions that align with their values, relationships, and long-term goals.

During the first session, we will explore what led you to seek support, identify patterns contributing to current concerns, and discuss the most appropriate treatment or consultation options moving forward. Together we will begin outlining a structured plan that supports meaningful and sustainable change.

For couples seeking relationship support, we will review the consultation options available through the practice. Couples services are typically offered on a self-pay basis, as most insurance plans do not cover couples therapy.
