Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist whose background bridges transpersonal psychology, somatic neuroscience, and philosophical and esoteric frameworks. My lens is shaped by contemplative traditions, systems thinking, trauma science, and the universal principles that govern both psyche and nature. I specialize in trauma, intimacy, identity, and spiritual development, working with clients who sense that their struggles are not just behavioral — but existential, relational, and embodied.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in the body and informed by the larger field of consciousness we are part of. I integrate parts work, somatic therapy, Gestalt/process work, and energy-informed approaches to help clients understand the protective structures they’ve built — and gently reorganize them. Internal safety, regulation, and grief integration are necessary partners for expansion and transformation. In this way, therapy with me is creative, experiential, relational, participatory, and deeply attuned — You will find it clarifying and empowering as we practice and play with many nervous system rehabilitation tools you get to take into your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about orientation and resonance. You can expect a steady, thoughtful space where your nervous system matters as much as your story. We’ll clarify what feels stuck, what feels emergent, and what wants attention now. My intention is that you leave feeling seen, grounded, and connected to a deeper understanding of yourself — not just symptom relief, but inner direction. During our time together my goal is to hold lovingly interactive space for you to experience yourself deeper and more fully than perhaps you have before.
