Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m Kathelyn, a coffee enthusiast and animal lover. Are you, or your teen, feeling weighed down by racing or ruminating thoughts, unsure of how to move forward? I specialize in helping youth and young adults navigate anxiety, family transitions, and life’s many changes and stressors. My goal is to a create a safe and supportive space where you feel truly heard, understood, and empowered to take the next steps toward growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

I draw from my experience in child welfare, counseling, and school social work to create a supportive and natural flow in therapy. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I’m here to guide the process. My approach combines humanistic, solution-focused, and psychodynamic techniques with mindfulness, CBT, and psychoeducation to support growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed conversation where we simply get to know each other. I’ll ask a few questions to understand what brought you in, and you’ll have space to share at your own pace, no pressure. Together, we’ll start figuring out what feels most important to work on and how I can best support you.
