Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 12 years of experience providing master’s-level behavioral health services. Through my experience supporting adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my work with each client.

My background includes supporting individuals experiencing serious mental illness, anxiety, OCD, relationship and interpersonal concerns, low self-esteem, attachment difficulties, occupational stress, and major life transitions. I also have extensive experience working with teenagers navigating bullying, emotional challenges, family relationships, school concerns, and the transition into adulthood, as well as assisting families with parenting concerns, communication difficulties, and challenging family dynamics. I strive to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and discussing what matters most to them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I believe therapy should offer a balance of emotional support, honest reflection, and practical strategies that can be applied outside of sessions.

Together, we will explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be contributing to current challenges while identifying your existing strengths. I help clients develop greater self-awareness, improve communication and boundaries, strengthen coping skills, and make healthier decisions. My goal is for you to feel genuinely heard and supported while also feeling empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is creating a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment where you can begin sharing your story at your own pace. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you are currently experiencing, your relevant history, and what you hope to gain from treatment.

You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. Together, we will identify your immediate needs and begin developing realistic, personalized goals for therapy. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether I feel like the right therapist for you.
