Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Kate! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and major life transitions.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Quinnipiac University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 10 years working in corporate and tech environments, which gives me a unique perspective on career stress, burnout, perfectionism, and navigating major life changes.
My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy can be both meaningful and challenging while still leaving room for humor along the way. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood while also helping you recognize the patterns keeping you stuck and make meaningful changes in your life.
