Great to meet you!

Katherine Aparicio is a bilingual and bicultural therapist passionate about serving as a support for those struggling with their mental health. With over seven years of experience, she has helped many individuals find healing and develop skills to help them feel better equipped to face life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a collaborative, client-centered approach where we work together to develop practical skills that empower clients to cope with life's obstacles and feel more in control of their well-being. My goal is to create a safe and open space where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment, and to equip them with tools they can use long after our sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. As a mental health support provider, I focus on creating a compassionate, non-judgmental, and understanding environment.
