Great to meet you!

I have been an LMFT, LPC for 30+ years. My clients describe me as kind, direct, interactive, supportive but challenging them when they get stuck. I bring an assortment of training to each session so that the client becomes aware of their intrapsychic world in balance with their interpersonal world. Looking forward to meeting and working with you:)

My approach to therapy

It's a hard call to this make --that first therapy appointment. I understand and respect the hesitation. You'll find me very approachable and interested in your betterment --whether it's for individual, couples or family work. I could list all the theories I've studies--intrapsychic and interpersonal--but I think most clients are interested in: will I like, trust, respect the therapist and can they help to resolve the presenting issues in a reasonable amount of time. If you're ready to start, find resolve, so am I.

What you can expect from me

You tell me what you're looking to accomplish: set goals; provide my ear (be heard) so you can process out loud; tie loose ends; sharpen communication tools/style to be heard, accommodated; heal old wounds, open your world to new possibilities. Let's schedule this week!
