Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health counselor with a deep belief in the mind-body connection and a passion for supporting others on their healing journey. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in clinical psychology from Penn State University and have professional experience working with children, teens, and adults in both community mental health and private practice settings.

I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, depression, performance anxiety, and emotional regulation challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I often integrate mindfulness, somatic practices, and movement such as yoga or walking therapy into sessions to support healing on both a mental and physical level.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, and somatic practices to create a space where you feel supported and understood. I believe healing happens when we address both the mind and body, so I often integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement to help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself. I tailor each session to your unique goals, helping you build emotional resilience, improve self-awareness, and move toward lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to walk away from our sessions with practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence. We'll work together to increase your self-awareness, build resilience, and help you reconnect with your body and inner strength so you can feel more grounded, empowered, and supported in your healing journey.
