Great to meet you!

I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate space to explore thoughts and feelings, deepen self-understanding, build upon your strengths, and change patterns that no longer serve you. I work with adults and adolescents with a range of therapeutic needs, including mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions and relationship stressors.

My approach to therapy

I believe in individualized and flexible approaches to therapy. I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, meaning that I believe past experiences shape our present and that insight into these patterns can help enact change and promote improved well-being. I also incorporate CBT, DBT, relational, and family systems approaches.

What you can expect from me

The most important ingredient to psychotherapy is comfort and connection with your therapist. My focus is on providing a space in which you feel understood and supported in attaining your personal goals. To further discuss your treatment needs and help you determine if I am the right fit for you, I offer a 10-15 minute consultation call, free of charge. I look forward to speaking with you and starting this rewarding work together.
