I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor that works with
children through adults, with a specialty in teenagers and young adults. I work with
issues ranging from depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, women’s
issues, eating disorders, perinatal mental health, mood disorders, suicidal ideation,
and self-harm. I also work with first responders and their families and have training through IAFF.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy and work to build a complete picture of each
person’s emotional, mental, and physical health and behaviors to better create a
collaborative treatment plan to help you meet your goals. I am extensively trained in DBT and CBT, however I also believe in an eclectic approach to counseling and also draw from many other orientations. I am a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP) and I am EMDR certified through
EMDRIA.
As a therapist, my goal is to eliminate any fears or worries about therapy and make this
experience as positive and beneficial for each person I work with. I am passionate about being genuine, supportive, and informative and I strive to provide the knowledge, skills, and support, along with a little humor, to help you create a better version of your life.
