Great to meet you!

I am so glad you are here!

With a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Florida and a master's degree from William & Mary, I bring a well-rounded, compassionate approach to mental health care. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, my practice is rooted in creating a safe, validating space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and foster meaningful personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe that a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful growth, and I prioritize creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. As a trauma-informed clinician with specialized training in EMDR Therapy, my work goes beyond traditional talk therapy to help reprocess stuck experiences at the root. Combined with grounded, empowering frameworks like ACT, CBT, and Narrative Therapy, we work collaboratively to reshape old stories, calm the nervous system, and build sustainable tools for emotional regulation.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, collaborative environment where you are seen as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. We will go entirely at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you while gently outlining goals and outcomes so we have a clear, shared roadmap for your growth.
