Great to meet you!

I have been working as a therapist for over 10 years. I am warm and engaging. My guiding prinicple in therapy is "unconditional positive regard" of Carl Rogers. I have an eclectic client base, I find I work best with parents in all stages of parenting, and teenagers.

My approach to therapy

My sessions are conversation, and relationship based. We work together to establish goals. I use CBT, ACT, and humanistic orientations to help you gain insight, and empower you to to make better choices.

What you can expect from me

Each client develops their own goals. An over arching goal would be finding more satisfaction and more ease in life. Anxiety makes everything seem very difficult, and often through talking about things, we can see the reality of both the situation and our ability to handle situations.
