Great to meet you!
I am a trauma-focused therapist who works with adults navigating the emotional impact of childhood experiences, relationship wounds, and long-standing patterns shaped by trauma. Many of the clients I work with are high functioning on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. They often struggle with people-pleasing, self-doubt, emotional shutdown, or feeling constantly “on guard.”
I believe trauma is not just about what happened in the past, but about how your mind and nervous system learned to survive. In therapy, we focus on understanding your trauma responses, building emotional regulation, and developing healthier boundaries in a way that feels supportive and empowering—not rushed or overwhelming. I move at a pace that respects your readiness while still helping you create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be honest, reflect openly, and explore patterns without fear of judgment. Whether you are working through anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or life transitions connected to past experiences, my goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and more secure in your relationships.
Healing does not require you to relive everything you have been through. It is about learning to feel safe within yourself, trust your voice, and build a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and aligned with who you are becoming.
