Great to meet you!

For over two decades, I have enjoyed helping people work through relational challenges, anxiety, grief, depression, life transitions, and spiritual issues so they can find their joy in life again! It is a brave thing to reach out for help, so congratulations on taking that step! I always look forward to that first session with a new client because that moment is so full of possibility and we finally begin the journey toward breakthrough.

My approach to therapy

My work with clients is intentionally collaborative. I want to learn from their insight and experiences that led them to therapy and then co-create a path to fulfill the hopes they have for their therapy journey. Theoretically, my work aligns with the psychodynamic and internal family systems approach, with tools borrowed from cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and attachment therapies.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will review the new client paperwork and intake forms together. Then, you will have the opportunity to begin sharing your story and hopes for the therapy experience.
