Great to meet you!

Reaching out for help can feel like the scariest part, and if you have spent a while working up to it, you are not alone in that. I work with clients of every age, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, who are carrying anxiety, depression, or the weight of family struggles that have started to feel like too much. My goal is simple: to meet you where you are and help you build a life that feels more meaningful and more healthy.

My approach to therapy

Together, we will focus on what is actually weighing on you, whether that is anxiety that keeps you on edge, a low mood that has dimmed the things you used to enjoy, or tension within your family that keeps repeating itself. Our work centers on building real trust, because that secure bond is what makes lasting change possible. Over time, you will walk away with a clearer sense of yourself, steadier ways to cope, and relationships that feel less heavy. The clients who do best with me are ready to be honest about what they are going through, even when it feels vulnerable.

What you can expect from me

We always begin with an introductory session, where you will have space to share your story and what you hope to get out of therapy. There is no pressure to have it all figured out; we will work through that part together. I care a great deal about creating a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable opening up and secure enough to be honest. If any of this resonates with you, I would be glad to hear from you whenever you feel ready.reality for you.
