Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I received my masters degree from Pepperdine University and have been in the mental health field for over 13 years. I have extensive experience working with those who have experienced varying degrees of trauma (abuse, neglect). I enjoy helping adults process past trauma, help them understand how their past experiences may impact them as an adult and to work towards being their ideal self.

My approach to therapy

Every person is different and I tailor our sessions that best meets your needs. I have extensive experience providing trauma-informed care and pull from various strategies to create an individualized treatment.

What you can expect from me

I want to create a safe and supportive space free of any judgements and use humor (as appropriate) for an added bonus! :) I understand that therapy can be a vulnerable place and I will treat you with compassion and respect through your journey. I will follow your lead and pace to strengthen our therapeutic relationship.
