Great to meet you!
I work with adults navigating grief, trauma, PTSD, and experiences that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. I understand that healing is not always a straightforward process, and I aim to provide a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and work at a pace that feels right for you.
My background in social work includes advanced clinical education and experience across community mental health, crisis services, and working with adults living with severe mental illness. My experience also includes domestic violence services, adoption and kinship care, refugee resettlement, and sexual assault crisis services. I also have strong family ties to the military, which gives me personal insight into the challenges and transitions that can come with military life.
These experiences have taught me that people rarely come to therapy carrying just one thing. I bring that perspective to my practice and meet you where you are, without expecting you to have everything figured out before we begin.
