Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in practical tools that create meaningful change. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and ADHD.

I aim to create a space where you can show up fully — without judgment — while also being gently challenged toward growth. Therapy with me is not just about talking through problems; it’s about building awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing skills that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My style is warm, direct, and supportive. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions. Whether you’re working through past experiences or trying to manage current stressors, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe while still encouraging progress.

I am especially passionate about helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their sense of purpose. My goal is to support you in honoring who you are while discovering who you’re becoming.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I believe healing happens in a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow. I work from a trauma-informed lens and integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, and emotional regulation techniques.

I value balancing insight with practical tools. Therapy with me is not only about understanding why patterns exist, but also about learning how to shift them. I aim to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and develop a deeper sense of confidence and clarity in their lives.

I also believe growth requires both compassion and accountability. I will meet you with warmth and empathy, while gently challenging you toward the changes you’re seeking.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding your concerns, background, and goals in a structured and supportive way. I will ask intake-style questions to gain a full picture of what you’re experiencing — including current stressors, past history, coping patterns, and what has or hasn’t worked before.

We will also discuss what therapy with me typically looks like, including frequency, approach, and expectations. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying clear treatment goals and collaborate on an initial treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Clients often leave the first session with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and reassurance that there is a structured plan moving forward.
