Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in trauma, eating disorders, and the mind-body connection. I use EMDR and IFS-informed care to support deep healing and recovery. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected from their bodies, or caught in patterns they don’t fully understand. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s underneath, and work toward lasting, meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process. My goal is to meet you where you are at and assist you in meeting your goals. My style is conversational, present, and engaged. I reflect back what I hear—and what I notice—in both your words and your body language. I help clients explore how old patterns show up in their current relationships, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to help you make meaningful changes in the present, while gently exploring the roots of your struggles.

I am EMDR trained by an EMDRIA approved agency and can utilize this therapeutic method with all individuals.

I work especially well with clients who are curious about themselves, motivated to grow, or want to feel more connected to their bodies and inner world—even if they don’t quite know how yet. You don’t have to have all the answers—just a willingness to begin.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, seen, and gently challenged. I aim to reflect back what I notice—not just in your words, but in your body language and emotional tone—so you can start connecting the dots between your inner world and outer experiences. Often, sessions include thoughtful questions to consider between sessions, new insights, and when appropriate, practical tools or therapeutic assignments to support symptom relief or deepen awareness.

Ultimately, each session is tailored to what you need in that moment—whether that’s emotional support, clarity, accountability, or space to process and reconnect with yourself.
