Great to meet you!

I help professional women experiencing anxiety and chronic worry break free from the endless cycles of overthinking, fear of failure, and perfectionism by developing a deeper understanding of the root cause of their negative belief system and then identifying practical tools to quiet racing thoughts, strengthen self-trust, and set boundaries that feel authentic and sustainable.

Do you find yourself waking up in the middle of the night with your inner critic mercilessly berating you for decisions you made or things you should have said? Is your anxiety activated by the feeling that you still need to prove yourself, your worth, your skills? Are you exhausted from saying yes to every project or request so you can continue to look like you have it all together when internally you are struggling to keep going?

My approach to therapy

I provide only telehealth services in NY and FL. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, and is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which posits that how you think, feel, and behave are all interconnected. In our sessions, you'll gain insight into the origins of the patterns that have been keeping you stuck and learn how to build targeted, individualized strategies that result in more fulfilling relationships—with others and with yourself.

We’ll work together to improve communication, set boundaries, reduce anxiety, and strengthen your confidence and sense of self. You'll leave each session with tools you can apply right away and a greater sense of clarity, direction, and self-trust. Between sessions, you’ll have the option of reflection exercises to deepen your awareness, practice new skills, and support meaningful, lasting change. All sessions are held via secure telehealth for your comfort and convenience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on gathering information and a clear understanding of your goals and expectations from therapy. We will explore the reason for seeking therapy and begin to develop a goal and objectives for how to move forward. This first session is also about building trust as you become acquainted with me and I with you.

During subsequent sessions, my goal is that you begin to develop greater clarity, practical strategies, and a sense of empowerment to navigate your challenges. My approach ensures that you do not just talk about your struggles—but that you gain actionable insights that help you move forward. These can include:

• Increased Self-Awareness

• Practical Tools & Coping Strategies

• A Shift in Perspective

• Personalized Action Steps

• Validation & Emotional Support
