Great to meet you!

Welcome, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist providing individual therapy to people seeking support. I have been working in mental health for over 20 years as a Therapist, Clinical Supervisor and Program Director with community non-profits serving underserved and Latino communities. Currently I am focusing on providing a safe space to those finding themselves with anxiety, depression and/or trauma.

My approach to therapy

I am trained and certified in various evidenced based trainings, such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety and Positive Parenting Program. Working tothether you will develop cognitive behavioral, relaxation, mindfulness and poly-vagal toning techniques to address your current life challenges.

What you can expect from me

You are not alone although we at times feel alone. I encourage you to advocate and believe in yourself. We will discuss your current challenges and support you to develop healthy coping skills. Looking forward to joining in your healing Journey.
