Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Katherine. I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, or life’s transitions — especially when it feels like nothing you’ve tried so far is getting you where you want to be. Many people come to therapy feeling like they’re carrying too much, unsure how to manage emotions, or stuck in the same patterns. I’m here to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you figure out where you want to go next.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, respectful, and grounded in collaboration. Clients describe me as attentive, compassionate, and someone who listens without judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, notice your strengths, and work on tools that help you manage stress and emotions in ways that feel real and useful. I believe growth comes from feeling safe being honest, learning what works for you, and building confidence in your ability to navigate life’s ups and downs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you in and what you’re hoping will feel different. You’ll have space to share your story in a way that feels comfortable for you, and we’ll begin shaping goals that feel meaningful and manageable. You can expect to leave with clarity around next steps and a sense of direction that feels grounded in your needs. Over time, many people notice they feel more confident, better equipped to handle life’s challenges, and more connected to what brings them peace and purpose.
