Great to meet you!

If you're a woman feeling pulled in a hundred directions — distracted, off-track, or like you've lost sight of who you really are — I'd love to help you find your footing again. My heart is for women, and my deepest hope is to help you become your most authentic self through your personal relationship with Jesus. The world is full of noise and it's easy to lose focus; I'm here to help you remember who you are in Christ and get back on track.

A little about me: I'm a happy-go-lucky (most of the time, lol) wife and mom to three boys, a lover of good music (Forrest Frank on repeat lately), and someone who genuinely lights up planning a meal — though eating out is my guilty pleasure. I graduated from Auburn University with my bachelor's in psychology and earned my Master's in Social Work from Valdosta State University. I've worked across inpatient substance abuse treatment, college counseling, community counseling, and crisis response, so very little feels too big or too heavy to bring into the room.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you notice unhealthy thought patterns, build practical coping skills, and create change that actually lasts. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are while helping you recognize your own strengths, grow your self-awareness, and move toward real healing.

And for clients who want it, faith is welcome in this space. I'm glad to weave a faith-based approach into our work together — but only to the degree that feels right for you. You set that pace.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and free to share at your own pace — no pressure to have it all figured out. In our first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, explore what you're currently facing, walk through any relevant history, and start naming the goals you'd like to work toward.

From there, the work is collaborative and built around you — focused on building trust, deepening self-awareness, and taking practical steps toward healing and growth. Mostly, I want you to leave that first conversation feeling a little lighter and genuinely hopeful about what's ahead.
