I’m a child and family therapist who works with children ages 3-21 and their parents. I specialize in working with neurodivergent children and teens. I am passionate about helping neurodivergent children and their families thrive. I also have advanced training in OCD.
I’m an art therapist and a family therapist and bring both to my work. I think of myself as a “kitchen table” therapist who likes to help kids understand themselves and help parents know how to support their kids. I use Ross Green’s Collaborative and Proactive Solutions, as well as Emotionally Focused Family Therapy to help families both solve problems and address underlying interactional issues.
I want all kids to feel cared for, connected and part of a community and I want parents to be able to enjoy parenting. I know that is a challenge for parents of kids who are having a hard time fitting into this world; the kids who feel they don’t fit need and deserve help to find their people and their community.
