Great to meet you!

My path started in ADHD research before I moved into clinical practice, work that still shapes how I think about attention, behavior, and the nervous system today. I work with kids, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, learning challenges, and everyday stress. More recently, I trained in functional nutrition, having come to see food and daily habits not as separate from mental health, but as part of the same system.

My approach to therapy

Good therapy is a partnership. My work is grounded in clinical, evidence-based therapy, with a functional nutrition lens layered in, because what we eat directly shapes mood, focus, and emotional wellbeing. I care about what's realistic and sustainable for you. Small changes, done consistently, add up. I bring this same approach to adults with special needs, and to parents figuring out ADHD, autism, or feeding and mealtime struggles with their kids.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really just about getting to know each other and making sure it feels like a good fit. I'll ask what brought you in, what's been going on, and what you're hoping to get out of this, and you'll have plenty of chances to ask me questions too. From there, we'll set goals together and build a plan that fits your life, at a pace that works for you.
