A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy focuses on creating a warm, open, and supportive environment where clients feel at ease. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for fostering trust and promoting meaningful growth.

What you can expect from our first session

During a session with me, clients can expect to feel fully supported and leave feeling lighter and more at ease. My goal is to create a space that alleviates stress while also helping you develop lasting coping skills to support yourself long-term.
