I have a client centered approach and primarily utilize these modalities, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, EMDR, Imago Relationship therapy, and Gottman's method based relationship therapy.
I have expertise in helping individuals and their families cope with relationship issues from navigating and working to resolve differences and learning to communicate better, to at times making decisions to end a relationship and helping all family members navigate through that difficult time.
