Great to meet you!

I have worked as a mental health therapist for adults of various ages and backgrounds. With time and training, I have developed the skills necessary to work with individuals to assist with issues such as, addiction, relationship challenges, low self esteem, career changes, grief and loss, and general life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy can offer a space for one to process relationships, careers, and general life changes in depth with more clarity and potential guidance. As a therapist, I aim to offer insight in helping them identify their values while also assisting them in exploring how their experiences may have impacted them more than they recognize and how to move forward with it.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who have a history of health and emotional struggles that impact their current life. During our first sessions, we will look at your story with curiosity, and create a plan together to address your problems in a way that aligns your life with your values. Most of my clients end up with improved self compassion and increased communication and boundary skills within two months.
