Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in mental health clinics, schools, and agencies serving survivors of political and interpersonal violence. Recently, I find myself focusing on supporting people navigating various life transitions, from college students adjusting to life on campus to those learning how to live with chronic pain or illness. If you're dealing with a challenging life transition or simply are looking for more support dealing with daily stressors, feel free to send me a message. (Note: Please reach out instead of booking directly on the calendar, as it doesn't always reflect the most recently updated availability.)

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and centered around your strengths. My goal is to help you access your resilience and inner wisdom by creating a safe and welcoming space.

As a person who has lived with chronic pain, I'm happy to share what I have learned along the way, while helping you find what works for you.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy right now and what you're hoping to get out of it. Over the next couple of sessions, we'll collaboratively make a plan to help you reach your goals.

My hope is that through our work together, you will understand yourself more fully in the context of what has shaped you, and identify old habits and stories that may be getting in your way now. You will learn new ways of managing stressors and will connect more deeply with the parts of yourself that know how to do this.
