I have 17 years of experience working as a therapist with individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges. In my work, I have supported people dealing with relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, financial stress, parenting concerns, career challenges, grief, and major life transitions.
I also frequently work with clients who are struggling with self esteem, stress, trauma, women’s issues, and multicultural or identity related concerns. My goal is to always build a supportive space where people can better understand what they are going through and begin to move toward a healthier and more balanced life.
My therapeutic approach is warm, inviting, and centered on the needs of each individual client. I believe therapy works best when people feel comfortable, understood, and supported, so I strive to create a space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard.
At the same time, my work is grounded in evidence based practices. I combine compassion and understanding with practical tools and strategies that can help you better navigate challenges and make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.
Working with me, you can expect a great deal of compassion and a completely nonjudgmental space to talk openly about what you are going through. Together, we will identify the areas of your life you would like to improve and begin working toward meaningful, realistic change.
I am passionate about helping people navigate the complexities of their experiences so they can develop stronger, healthier relationships with themselves and with others. My goal is to support you as you gain clarity, build confidence, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
